We want you to be happy with your purchase from shoppapparel.com. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, our refund and exchange policy is here to help.
Returns Period
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. For items purchased in November and December, this returns period is extended to 35 days.
The Returns & Refunds Process
We aim to make the process as simple as possible.
- Start Your Return Online: To process your return, please visit our online returns portal at Shoppapparel.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Choose Your Method: You can choose to return your items by post or via a drop-off location.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s) and they have been processed, we will issue your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account after you have received our confirmation email.
What You Need to Return an Item
To process your return, the item must be:
- In its original, saleable condition with all tags attached.
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odours.
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email or packing slip).
Faulty or Damaged Items
We’re sorry if an item you purchased is faulty or not as described. Your legal rights are not affected. Please contact our customer service team through the help section on Shoppapparel.com for assistance with faulty or damaged items. We will be happy to help resolve the issue for you, which may include a refund or exchange.
Returning Beauty & Jewellery Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings for piercing, cosmetics, or hosiery if the packaging has been opened or the seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To start an exchange, please follow the returns process outlined above and select ‘Exchange’ as your preferred option.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to an alternative account or payment card. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your card issuer or payment provider.
Can’t Find Your Order?
If you are having trouble finding your order details, please log in to your account on Shoppapparel.com where you can view your order history. If you checked out as a guest, your order confirmation email will contain all the necessary information.
Changed Your Mind In-Store?
You can also return items you purchased online to any of our stores, provided you have your proof of purchase. Simply bring the item(s) and your order confirmation to a colleague at the till point.
Our Returns Policy
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if an item does not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy (e.g., if it is soiled, damaged, or has been worn). In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, you can contact your local citizen’s advice bureau.
